We believe that change is not imposed but is negotiated and agreed upon. We do not believe in magic formulas. Every project is unique. Every market is different. Every company is one and only. We take into consideration all options, scenarios, opinions - and only after thorough analysis, evaluation, fact-finding and testing we then present our final recommendations and action plans.
 
We work with our clients via a simple and yet structured process. One way to visualize our interaction with a client is to think of it as a three-step effort: audit, diagnostic and implementation.
 
We then apply a thorough, inclusive, and proven method where we lead in-house teams to be at the heart of innovation in their firms and deliver on a new product, content or strategy. Although all projects are made-to-measure, the typical phases of any change process are always analysis, implementation and results, and they apply to any editorial, graphics, technical, management or commercial consultancy.
